A silver bullet straight to the heart. Stirred or shaken to chilled perfection and double strained using your choice of Hendricks Gin or Grey Goose Vodka ….and just a sniff of Italian dry vermouth. Olive… Twist….Dirty…...your call.
Old Fashioned
Born in the 1800’s and short for “Old Fashioned Whiskey Cocktail” this drink is embodies the original meaning of the word ‘cocktail’. A spirit (Woodford Reserve Rye Whisky), a bitters (Angostura), a sweetener (sugar) and a splash of water. Made for sipping. Mad Men can’t be wrong!
Manhattan
The Manhattan is all class. Widely regarded as the one of the best and most balanced cocktails ever created. Woodford Reserve Rye Whisky, Martini and Rosso sweet vermouth stirred with orange bitters. You be the judge. Served up.
Sazerac
The Sazerac dates back to the 1850s. It was originally made with Cognac however, when the Phylloxera bug destroyed Europe’s grape vines in the 1860s, the Sazerac's base spirit was changed from Cognac to the more readily available American rye whiskey. Martell V.S. Cognac and Canadian Club stirred together with a hint of sugar and a couple of dashes of Peychauds bitters, strained into a chilled, absinthe rinsed glass. Served neat.
Bended Bloody Mary
Our tribute to the Monarch! Made with our own chili, coriander, basil and pepper infused vodka and shaken with horseradish, lemon juice and tomato juice. Seasoned and served in paprika crusted glass with a crisp carrot stick.
Midori Maple Fizz
Midori melon liqueur and Bombay Sapphire shaken hard with fresh lemon juice and spiked with maple syrup and topped with soda. Served tall over ice.
Espresso Mocha Martini
Winter warmth in a glass. Finlandia barley vodka, Cointreau and vanilla bean syrup shaken with freshly ground espresso and layered with a chocolate foam.
Brandy Alexander
Created in the 1920’s this creamy little number gained popularity in the 1980’s around the same time as Boy George, Milli Vanilli and Poison, but don’t let that put you off! Martel V.S., Crème de cacao and fresh cream shaken hard and served up with finely ground nutmeg.
Cosy By The Fireplace
Snuggle into the lounge with the one you love and a good hit of Appleton Estate 8, shaken with Maple syrup and balanced with fresh lime juice. Served up.
Japanese Slipper
Created in Melbourne, this beautifully balanced, slightly sweet cocktail is an oldie but a goodie. Midori melon liqueur, Cointreau and fresh lemon juice shaken and served up.
Vanilla Kiss
A generous shot of Finlandia Vodka, Liquor 43, elderflower cordial and apple juice shaken and served long over ice. Pucker up baby!
Terzetto
Italian vanilla liqueur shaken with Cointreau, fresh lemon juice and rounded with a touch of vanilla sugar syrup. Served in a balloon over lemon zest with fresh ice. Short, sweet and sour!
